Enhanced discovery for candidates

Candidates can now be found by anyone on SEEK, including other candidates, referrers, hiring managers and recruiters. This update also sets up major Talent Search innovations coming in 2026.

Introducing People Search

We’ve launched People Search, a new feature that helps candidates connect with others on SEEK. It also makes them easier to be found by referrers and hiring managers – even when they’re not actively job hunting.

For hirers, this creates a more connected and visible talent pool. As more candidates make their profiles public, SEEK enables greater discoverability, giving hirers richer insights into the talent landscape and paving the way for smarter search experiences in 2026.
