About the role   

Join our supportive team of 10 in Auckland as a Sales Consultant at our Amber Jewels store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in our new store. Duties can include, but are not limited to:

• Implement merchandising guidelines provided by the store or brand

• Ensure that the store is well-stocked, and products are neatly arranged

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed

• Liaise with workshop regarding custom made jewellery and repairs

• Collaborate with the store manager to plan and organise sales events

Skills and experience    

• Ability to be available on Wednesday to Sunday for shifts varying from 9am to 9pm

• Proven experience in fine jewellery or luxury goods sales

• Strong customer experience focus

• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Shown ability to work autonomously
