About the role   

Join our marketing team of 5 at Minsoma Homes' headquarters in Auckland, New Zealand, as a Marketing Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role provides the chance to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to our company's continued growth. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Drive marketing initiatives in support of the organisations continued growth

  • Ensure brand compliance across all company-wide marketing initiatives

  • Manage the social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, optimisation, and website maintenance

  • Provide support to sales and management through effective customer data management and reporting

  • Analyse, interpret and report on data to improve marketing performance using web/social analytics tools

Experience and qualifications    

  • Proven work experience creating captivating content across various formats, including written, visual, and multimedia, tailored for high-end audiences

  • Experience working with WordPress and Pipedrive or similar CMS

  • Shown capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues from different departments

  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns through to post campaign analysis
