About Dodo Digital Signage

About the role 
Dodo Digital Signage is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our staff in Tauranga on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Branch Manager your duties and responsibilities include:  
Answer all incoming phone calls and emails from our clients 
Greet customers face to face  
Process customer orders, entering them into our ERP software  
Handle and respond to customer enquiries  
Maintain strong relationships with our current client-base of over 30 clients.  
Skills and experience required
Experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role  
Proven ability to work well in busy environments and with strict time constraints  
Competency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel  
Proven ability in a professional environment to have attention to detail and to pass on information with clarity and accuracy.
